The frats that are known for hazing are the top houses that you'll hear about when/if you decide to rush. You're not going to get a good answer here because this subreddit is very anti frat and most of them don't really open up their parties to the general student population anyway I’d estimate most dues are probably 600-1200 a semester, depending on how big the frat is, what events it does, where formal is at, how often they throw parties, how many mixers they do.
